Michael Dunn is the Head of Institutional Insurance for MassMutual’s Institutional Solutions business. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) and corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) businesses. His more than 25 years of experience includes distribution relationship management and leading the sales, customer service and new business operations for both the BOLI and COLI products. Prior to joining MassMutual in 2005, he held a variety of leadership roles at CIGNA/Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Mathematics and German from Hamilton College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in Finance and International Business.
David Mohr is the head of COLI Sales & Distribution for MassMutual’s institutional corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) products. In his role, David is responsible for the development and management of relationships with financial advisors and brokers to provide guidance on the uses of MassMutual’s COLI product lineup. He has more than 25 years of experience in COLI distribution and corporate executive benefit planning. Most recently, he spent 15 years as a National Sales Director with a leading COLI carrier. In addition, he spent seven years as a Vice President at Marsh Executive Benefits where he was responsible for the development of relationships creating opportunities for the design, funding and administration of non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans, supplemental executive retirement plans (SERP) and supplemental executive life and disability plans. David holds the CLU, ChFC and CFP designations and is a FINRA registered broker with the series 6, 7,63,65, and 26 licenses. He is a graduate of Rutgers University – Camden with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Mr. Hernandez joins MassMutual from the insurance and employee benefits marketing consultancy, Glasir Life Services, where he focused on financial education and wellness campaigns for mass-affluent wage earners. Previously, Brad was a Director within the human capital and insurance brokerage practices of Alvarez & Marsal, a global restructuring agent and management consultancy. Through the last seventeen years Brad has held a number of positions within the financial services industry working for companies engaged in consumer lending, asset management, brokerage, and benefit administration. He began his career in insurance with an alternative asset manager overseeing a significant institutional position in longevity risk. Brad then joined a boutique agency owned by New York Life focused on nonqualified, executive benefits and corporate-owned life insurance (“COLI”) strategies. Most recently he led market intelligence, compliance and operational improvement efforts for AIG's Institutional Markets group, focusing on legacy private placement, separate account and stable value arrangements utilized by banks, insurance companies and high-net worth clients.
